Cedarcrest Health’s Information Technology department is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to staff and providers across our hospitals and clinics, including support for the MyCedarcrest patient portal and electronic health record system.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming help desk calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Reset passwords and manage user access requests in accordance with security policy
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT specialists
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Provide basic support for the MyCedarcrest patient portal to staff and patients
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
