Cedarcrest Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team, providing inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from surgery, injury, and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and case managers
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides as assigned
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior acute care or outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
