Cedarcrest Home Health & Hospice brings skilled medical care directly into the homes of patients throughout Kettle County, allowing individuals to recover from illness or surgery, manage chronic conditions, or receive end-of-life care in familiar surroundings. Our home health nurses, therapists, and aides serve Harlow Falls, Renner, Maple Glen, Bramford, and Ellery Township.
Our home health division assists patients transitioning home after a hospital stay, providing skilled nursing visits, wound care, and physical therapy to support a safe recovery and help prevent unnecessary readmission. Our hospice team, meanwhile, provides comfort-focused care for patients facing a life-limiting illness, along with bereavement support for families.
