Rehabilitation Services

Cedarcrest Rehabilitation Services helps patients recover strength, mobility, and independence following surgery, injury, or illness. Our licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists provide individualized treatment plans at outpatient locations in Harlow Falls, Renner, and Maple Glen, as well as inpatient rehabilitation at Cedarcrest Medical Center.

We work closely with our Orthopedic & Sports Medicine and Neurology departments to provide seamless, coordinated care for patients recovering from joint replacement, stroke, or other conditions affecting movement and daily function. Many patients begin therapy while still in the hospital and continue their plan of care at one of our outpatient centers.

Rehabilitation services include:

• Physical therapy for orthopedic and neurologic conditions
• Occupational therapy for daily living skills
• Speech-language pathology and swallowing therapy
• Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation
• Work conditioning and injury prevention programs

Our therapists also partner with local employers to provide on-site ergonomic assessments aimed at reducing workplace injuries throughout Kettle County.
