Cedarcrest Medical Center Welcomes New Physicians to Growing Medical Staff

HARLOW FALLS, PA — Cedarcrest Health has announced the addition of three new physicians to its medical staff, part of an ongoing effort to expand access to specialty care throughout Kettle County and the Allegheny Highlands region.

Joining Cedarcrest Health are Dr. Samuel Kestrel, a board-certified cardiologist who will practice at the Cedarcrest Heart & Vascular Institute in Harlow Falls; Dr. Priya Ramaswamy, a family medicine physician who will see patients at the new Bramford Family Health Center; and Dr. Owen Tisdale, an orthopedic surgeon joining Cedarcrest Orthopedics at the Renner campus.

“Recruiting physicians of this caliber to a community our size is no small thing,” said Dr. Harold Ansley, Chief Medical Officer for Cedarcrest Health. “Each of these physicians chose to build their practice here because they believe in what we’re building as a health system.”

All three physicians are now accepting new patients. Dr. Kestrel and Dr. Tisdale accept referrals from primary care physicians, while Dr. Ramaswamy is accepting patients of all ages without a referral.
